1 bowlPoha
2Onion finely chopped
1Potato finely chopped
4Green chilli chopped
2-3 spoonPeas
1 tspJeera( cumin seeds)
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
3 tspCoriander chopped
3 tspOil

Steps

Soak poha in water for 2-3 mins drain it rest for 2-3 mins

Heat oil in a pan add jeera green chilli
3

Now add onion potato
4

Saute it for 2-3 mins add other ingrediants with all masalas now add poha and mix it nicely now add chopped Coriander
