Take multigrain flour in a bowl add salt,crushed saunf & cumin with palms,oil and knead a soft dough with needed water and keep aside covered.

Heat a pan add oil roast sattu flour till aroma releases, add green Chilli, ginger, sal,kitchen king masala, chopped spring onion, green garlic, coriander mix well saute for a while and turn off gas and add lemon juice mix well and cool the stuffing.

Make equal Rounds of kneaded dough and stuffings, first roll small poori fill the stuffing,cover the stuffing and make round Stuffed balls and all together and roll parathas.

Heat nonstick tava and cook all the Stuffed sattu paratha applying butter both the sides on medium flame.

Serve Healthy, Tasty, Sattu Paratha with Green Chutney.
