Air Fryer Roasted Almonds

Almonds may also help lowering blood sugar, blood pressure, reducing cholesterol levels as well as reducing hunger and promote weight loss. However, like anything else, moderation is key since they also contain lots of calories as well.

Cooking Instructions

Put raw almonds in bakeware, air fry at 320F (160C) for 10-12 minutes, stirring twice in the middle to ensure they roast evenly.
