Ingredients

  1. 1 cupBesan (chickpeas flour)
  2. 1 tbspRagi
  3. 1 tbspJowar (sorghum flour)
  4. 1 tbspSoyabean flour
  5. 1 tbspBajra (miller flour)
  6. 1 tbspOats
  7. 1 tspKasuri methi
  8. 1 tbspFinely chopped green chillies -( here i took ,as per taste)
  9. As per tasteSalt
  10. As per taste Pepper
  11. 2 tspCoriander powder
  12. 1 tspCumin seeds
  13. 1 tspChaat masala
  14. As required Oil for cooking
  15. As required Water

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl, mix all the above ingredients except oil and water. Now add water little by little and make the batter of pourable consistency.

  2. 2

    Heat a pan, grease it with oil. Once heated up, take a ladle of batter and pour it in the center of pan. Quickly spread it to round pancake.

  3. 3

    Drizzle some oil around the edges and on top of the pancake.
    Cook it well until edges start leaving the pan.

  4. 4

    Flip it and cook on other side as well.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with your favorite chutney or ketchup.
