Its an easy meal to prepare, tasty tooo.
Cooking Instructions

Prep all your ingredients, peel n wash the potatoes n bananas separate.

Start by cooking the beef with ginger for about 15-20 mins on medium heat to make it tender.

Add the onions and saute for 3 min's. Add potatoes and cook for about 10 mins stirring often this depends with the size of your potatoes mine were slightly bigger I prefer to cook first before adding the other ingredients since they will take longer to cook on the inside.

Add the grated garlics,chopped bell peppers,Carrot's,tomato paste,spices and salt, stir to mix everything.

Add the bananas gently stir and beef broth 2 cups and cover to cook on medium low heat for 20 mins until the potatoes are cooked thru. U can adjust the liquid to your liking.Garnish with chopped coriader

Since the seasons have disappeared, we don’t see fall, winter, summer or spring. In one day you can actually see all the seasons for example this morning it was raining and then we had a hale storm and now it sunny and quite nice 🙂 no snow yet but I did see in the weather forecast something about a snowstorm coming our way Thursday or Friday.I started this post a couple of months ago, well I had just written the title and never got back to it but today was going to be the day that I made this delicious stew along with the homemade noodles. If you really like to make your own noodles I will post the recipe at a later date for anyone that would like to try it. Comfort food for the heart and soul a delicious dish with potatoes, carrots, and a bit of white wine. 🙂
