Ingredients

  • 300 gmmava
  • 2 tsprefined flour
  • 2 cupsugar
  • 4cardamom crushed
  • 400 gmghee to deep fry
  • As neededwater to sugar syrup
  • 2 tspgulukand mixture
  • 2 tspcardamom seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash the mawa by hand in a big plate.

  2. 2

    Add flour and mix well so that it become smooth.

  3. 3

    Now make sugar syrup adding sugar 1glass w ater and boil.

  4. 4

    Now take small portion of mawa mixture on pLm and keep a little bit gulukand mixture in it and close make a ball.

  5. 5

    Deep fry dark red in hot ghee at low flame.

  6. 6

    Remove in a plate and dip in sugar syrup.

  7. 7

    Gulab jamun is ready to serve hot in winter season.
