Steps

Mash the mawa by hand in a big plate.

Add flour and mix well so that it become smooth.

Now make sugar syrup adding sugar 1glass w ater and boil.

Now take small portion of mawa mixture on pLm and keep a little bit gulukand mixture in it and close make a ball.

Deep fry dark red in hot ghee at low flame.

Remove in a plate and dip in sugar syrup.

Gulab jamun is ready to serve hot in winter season.
