Tastier way to eat healthy bitter gourd, this is my #innovative recipe
Steps

Peel and deseed the bitter gourds and cut into ring. Coat the rings well in to salt and and rest them for one hour time
- 2
Take a bowl mix gram flour, Caron seeds and all spices and make a thick batter.

Wash karela rings 3 to 4 times so that bitterness go away. Dip those rings in batter, coat well
- 4
Heat oil in pan and deep fry coated bitter gourd rings. Sprinkle chaat masala over them and enjoy with any type of dip/ ketchup with cup of tea/coffe
