Ingredients

  • 500 grammaida/ All purpose flour
  • 2 tspsugar
  • 250 gramoil
  • to taste salt
  • 2 tbspsooji

  1. 1

    Heat the water a little add two tsp of sugar, two tsp of oil and salt to the flour and mix it well and add light hot water and make dough keep it for half and hour.

  2. 2

    Then make a small ball and roll it thin.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil on the gas and pour each Puri into it and fry it.
