Steps

Boil the milk properly with elaichi seeds.

Soak rice in water till 2 hours.

Add rice in milk and boil then add crushed carrot in it..

When carrot become soft add sugar in it.

Boil the kheer together untill it become thick

Put off the stove and add khoya in it.

Let it cool and garnish with dry fruits..
