Ingredients

  • 1kilo chicken
  • 1/4kilo carrots
  • 1/4kilo potatoes
  • Soysauce
  • Vinegar
  • Stock

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil till done.

  2. 2

    Saute chicken and carrots and potatoes in oil.

  3. 3

    Add oyster sauce

  4. 4

    Put stock 1 cup. Add slurry to thicken. Season. Add wine.
