Place all the ingredients at kitchen counter. Boiled noodles & set a side.

In a pan add oil garlic ginger chopped & fry until light golden brown.

Now add chopped carrot & capsicum & boiled chicken & cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add salt, black & white pepper.

Add chicken powder, chilli sauce & spring onion.

Now add soya sauce, oyster sauce & lemon juice.

Now add chilli garlic sauce & sugar. Mix well.

Now add boiled noodles mix well & let it cool.

Meanwhile cut the edges of bread, press little bit with roller & put cooked chicken masala on it & then apply beaten egg on it's sides.

Now fold it & set a side.

Dip in the beaten eggs then coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat oil deep fry then until light golden brown.
