Smoked Venison Spaghetti

Ingredients

  1. 2 lbsvenison
  2. 1 lbsItalian sausage
  3. Minced onion
  4. Minced Garlic
  5. Oregano
  6. Spaghetti noodles
  7. Traditional Pasta Sauce
  8. 2 lbsmozzarella
  9. Grape Jelly

Cooking Instructions

    Cook spaghetti noodles

  2. 2

    Combine sausage and venison and brown. Add all seasonings to taste

  3. 3

    Add pasta sauce and simmer then add two big spoon fulls of grape jelly

  4. 4

    Once you bring everything to a simmer and mixed together pour into a big lasagna pan. And stir with noodles

  5. 5

    Add all 2lbs of mozzarella to the top.

    Set pellet smoker to 350-375 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Put spaghetti in uncovered and cook until cheese is fully melted

  8. 8

    Let sit and cool and enjoy. While cooking the spaghetti you can also throw some garlic bread right on the smoker too.
