In a bowl, combine together coconut, condensed milk, rose syrup, nuts and cardamom powder and mix until everything comes together.

Grease your hands with some ghee, take small portion out of the above mixture and roll it to make balls

That's it rose coconut truffles are ready to be served.It remains good for a week in refrigerator.

Note:
You can replace the condensed milk with 1 1/2 milk and 3/4 cup sugar, in that case you have to simmer the coconut, sugar and milk mixture on low flame till the moisture are completely absorbed.
