Ingredients

  • 1 kgatta/wheat flour
  • 1 kgdesi ghee
  • To tastesugar
  • 2 cuproasted dry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadhai add ghee and flour. Roast the flour till golden brown how add powerder sugar and mix well.

  2. 2

    Now add all dry fruits and mix again. Cook for five minutes at medium flame let it be cool on room temperature.

  3. 3

    Panjiri is ready to serve.
