Make a tough dough using maida water and salt.cover and keep for 15 to 30 min.

Heat oil cook ginger garlic chilli paste,add onions finely chopped,add grated carrots stir fry don't cook trun off the flame.add Boiled peas,and boiled cabbage.add grated paneer and cheese.mix well add salt.

Roll out a small Puri, take 1 tsp stuffing place in the Puri,place a small piece of cheese on the stuffing and give it shape of MOMO.

Steam for 15 min,serve hot with chutney.
