Muffins are baked, individual-sized, cupcake-shaped foods with a "moist, coarse-grained" texture. It's an American dessert made from flour, butter, sugar and flavoured essence.

In a mixing bowl take maida.

Add baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Mix well with spoon.

Take sugar powder in another bowl and add warm milk and vanilla essence.

Add Cocoa powder, lemon juice and oil.

Whisk with wired whisker till there are no lumps.

Add this in flour.

Whisk the batter till it becomes frothy.

Batter should be little thick.

Pour batter with scoop in greased muffins pan.

Pre heat oven for 5 minutes and then bake muffins on 180℃ for 15 minutes.

Check with toothpick if it done then remove from oven.

Enjoy chocolate muffins.
