  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • Salt
  • Dhania
  • Corn oil

    Marinade the chicken cutlets into pieces with all the spices

  2. 2

    Leave to rest for 6 hours or over night for best results

  3. 3

    Used charcoal grill

  4. 4

    Preheat the grill and place your pieces to roast turning evenly

  5. 5

    When well done serve with hot ugali and kachumbari
