Ingredients

  1. 1/2 poundbutton mushrooms wiped cleaned and quartered or halved
  2. 3 tbspKorean BBQ Sauce
  3. 1 tbspbutter melted
  4. 2 tbspminced garlic
  5. 1/2 tspdried or freshly chopped parsley or to taste (divided)
  6. 1/4 cupParmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

    In a lightly greased bakeware, gently mix the mushrooms with Korean BBQ sauce, melted butter, garlic, half of Parmesan cheese.

    Ary fry at 380F (190C) for 4-5 minutes.
