Ingredients

  1. potatoes steamed or boiled
  2. butter or margarine
  3. 30 gramsmozzarella cheese grated (per 250g)
  4. salt
  5. ground black pepper
  6. 5 gramsBBQ sauce per 250g I used Chidas homemade

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam or boil potatoes

    Put in bowl, add salt, pepper, cheese and butter or margarine and mash

    Dot on BBQ sauce and swirl in.

    Use ice cream soup to serve
