Cooking Instructions

    将猪肉打成肉末,西红柿、洋葱切丁,大蒜剁碎,虾仁去虾线去头去壳洗净焯水后捞出备用,准备鲜面条。

    炒锅放油,放入蒜末炒香,倒入西红柿、洋葱丁炒香,倒入猪肉末炒散。

    分别放入料酒1勺,生抽1勺,老抽半句,蚝油1勺,黑胡椒酱1匀,番茄醬1勺,盐少许炒均匀,倒入适量的
    水烧开放入鲜面条盖上盖子大火收汁。

    国待汤汁基本快收干的时候,放入熟虾仁,关火,盖上盖子焖10分钟,撒上黑胡椒碎拌匀即可。
