Cooking Instructions

Boil 1.5 litre of water and put the butter pea flowers into the pot

Take the butterfly pea flowers out of the pot

Add 1/2 cup of sugar
- 4
Stir the sugar and put the juice in the jar
- 5
Before you drink the juice, squeeze one slice of lime, add some ice cube and the colour of the juice will turn from blue to purple.
