Ingredients

7 servings
  • 15eggs
  • 1/2 cupFinely chopped vegetables ( onion, tomatoes, green chillies)
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder (Haldi powder)
  • to tasteRed chilli powder (Laal mirch powder)
  • 1/4 tspCoriander powder (dhainya powder)
  • 1 tspChopped coriander (dhaniya)
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds (jeera)
  • 2 tspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Kadhai m oil daale or garam hne m jeera daale or jeere ko bhunne de. Ab chopped onion or green chillies dale or saute karein jab tak onion ache se bhun na jai or golden karein ki na hojai. Usk baad ginger garlic paste daal ke 1 minute or saute karein. Ab chopped tomatoes daale or sare masale daal ke ache se mix karein or thora sa pani daal ke masale ko ache se pakne de. Jab masala oil chrdne lage mtlb masala pk gya or bich bich m hilate rahein ki masala kadhai ke na lage.

    (sare masale jo mne daale hai vo one and half teaspoon hai, aap apne hisab se kam jyda kar saktein hai)

    Ab masala pakne ke baad usme ek ek kar ke sare 15 eggs tod ke daale or ache se mix karein. Bhurjiya to bich m bich m ache se mix krte rahein ki vo ache se finely break hojai or jab tak bhurjiya tel na chrdne lage pakate rahein.

  4. 4

    Usk baad phir gas band krde. Chopped coriander daal ke mix karein bhurjiya ko or enjoy karein. Aapki bhurjiya tyaar hai.
