Sooji ki kachori

To make filling- Take a nonstick pan. Put oil. Then add onion seeds, Asafoetida. Now add ginger garlic chilli paste. Saute for few seconds. Now add potatoes. Mix it well. Then salt, garam masala, coriander powder, kachori masala, red chilli powder. Mix again then add chopped coriander. Mix it. Now filling is ready. Keep aside.

Then take another pan. Add 2 cup water. Add salt, oil into water. After 2 minutes add suji in water. Mix it continuously. And remove the lumps.cook it until it's thicken. After that switch off the flame.let cool completely. Now Knead the dough. Make a soft Dough.

Then take a portion of suji dough. And make cavity. Fill with potato mixture. Cover it all side. Give a shape as u want. Make kachori like this one. Heat oil. Fry 4-5 kachori in to oil.fry it until golden colour. Ready to serve.
