Paneer kachori

To make filling take bowl. Crumble the paneer into the bowl. Then add green chilli,onion coriander, salt,cumin, ginger. Mix it well with hel of spoon. Now filling is ready.

Take a bowl. Put maida. Add salt, oil. Mix it well. Then add water as required. Make a tight dough. Keep the for rest at least 10 minutes. Now take a portion of dough. Roll it with rolling pin. Cut with knife. And give square shape.

Then put 2 tbsp of filling on it. And fold it other side. Cover it gently. Make all like this. Now heat oil. Fry 4-5 kachori at once. Fry it until they become golden colour or crispy.

Take out from oil. Now ready to serve with sauce or tea.
