In a pan pour the oil and Fry the onion and the dhania stalks.

Grate the tomatoes to enable them cook faster.

After a few minutes make a hole and crack the egg inside.

Once the egg white has set you can pop the pan in the oven or just reduce the flame and cover to allow the yolk to cook through.
