Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1medium chicken
  • 1bell pepper
  • 1tomato
  • 1onion
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 teaspoonseven spices
  • 1 tablespoonvinegar
  • 1 tablespoontomato paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the chicken along the backbone and soak it in vinegar, salt, and flour for an hour.

  2. 2

    Chop all the ingredients and blend them with the spices and a little water to make blending easier.

  3. 3

    Marinate the chicken in the mixture for about 4 hours, or overnight for better flavor absorption.

  4. 4

    Preheat the oven, place the chicken in a non-stick baking pan, and bake until cooked and browned.
