Slice the bhindi as shown in the pic. Add in a bowl and add all the masala to it and mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes add besan to the mix and toss well. Now heat up a pan and fry the bhindi in it till golden brown.

You can enjoy it both as a snack or as veggie and eat it with chapati or paratha.
