To a pot of boiling water, add little salt and then spinach leaves to it. Blanch the spinach leaves for 2 to 3 minutes until wilted.Take them out and put them in ice cold water. This helps the leaves in retaining their green colour

Let it cool,remove water and grind to make fine paste like pured.

Heat oil in a kadai or pan,saute green cardamom, cinnamon stick. Add cumin seed let it splutter.

Add onion paste and saute for few seconds. Add ginger garlic paste and geen chilli paste.Cook for few seconds.

Add tomato paste with salt and cook till oil comes on top.
Add 1 cup of water, cook for 2 3 minutes more, then add spinach pureed, let it cook till mixture turns thicken. - 6
Add paneer pieces, let it bubble for few seconds. Sprinkle kasuri methi and garam masala.

Add cream And cook for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame. Serve with roti or rice.
