Stuffed Paneer Tikki

Take a grinder jar add paneer, green chillies + gaic paste. Churn the mixy and nice crumbled.

Take out in flat plate. Add 1 tsp corn flour.

Add salt, powder sugar, all spices powder. Start mixing with Ur hand.

Add more 1tsp corn flour and knead smooth dough. Make equal parts. Make balls, cover it and keep a side for 5 min.

By the time make stuffing. Mix chopped cashew and raisin.

Now take paneer ball in your hand, flatten it, stuff the stuffing. Seal it properly and give the shape of tikkis.

Get all tikkis ready.

Now in a plate take 1 tsp corn flour, pinch of salt, pinch of all spices powder. Mix it well. Coat all tikkis in this dry mix.

In the same way coat all the tikkis. And keep in the refrigerator.

When u want shallow fry the tikkis take a grill pan on medium flame. Spread oil and place all the tikkis on hot grill pan. Get golden from both the side.

Serve hot with green chutney and Onions. Enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy
