Ingredients

  • 1beer of your choice
  • 1lime
  • as neededCoarse salt,
  • Tajín seasoning, to taste
  • Maggi seasoning sauce, to taste
  • as neededIce,
  • For garnish:
  • Cucumber, to taste
  • Pickled pork skin (cueritos), to taste
  • Shrimp, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    In the glass you’ll use, add the lime juice, salt to taste, a splash of Maggi seasoning sauce, and enough Tajín to cover the bottom of the glass.

  2. 2

    Pour in the beer and add ice.

  3. 3

    Cover the glass and garnish as you like.
