In a bowl take maida. Add salt, Jeera and ajwain. Mix well

Now make a well in the center and add Mohan. In that add Kasuri Methi and mix well.

Add some water and knead a soft dough. Let it rest for 15-20 mins.

Now roll the dough, prick with the fork and cut into small squares as shown.

Deep fry untill it's light brown.

Sprinkle some rock salt and chilli powder on it and enjoy with tea.
