Ingredients

2 parsan
  1. 4Eggs
  2. 1Small potato chips
  3. 2 tbspCapsicum chopped
  4. 1 sliceCheese
  5. 1 tbspOil
  6. 1 tbspButter
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add oil add onion potato and fry add capsicum and fry well.

    Beat eggs with salt and black pepper and add cheese and add fry potato, onion capsicum and mix well.

    Take pan add butter add spread this mixture and cook until brown from both sides.

    Ready to serve with bread and tomato ketchup
