Steak with Pasta and Salad
Protein, carbs and some greens. My delicious lunch for the day!

For the pasta: Boil 1L of water

Cook your pasta following instructions (usually 9-10minutes) add the pesto sauce on top and the cheese and mix

For the meat: Add 10g of butter to a hot pan, let it melt.

When the butter melted completely add your steak to the hot pan.

Let the steak cook from one side, flip and add salt and black pepper. Cook other side, add more black pepper and salt to taste. Flip again, and once is crusty on the outside, flip again. Finish.

For the blue cheese sauce: melt blue cheese on a hot pan, add cream, let it thicken and add black pepper. Mix and serve.

For the salad: Cut a tomato in cubes, cut the avocado in cubes and add your favorite greens.
