Ingredients

45 minutes
3 servings
  • 6mini chicken breast or 3 normal sized
  • 1orange pepper sliced
  • 1yellow pepper sliced
  • 1onion sliced
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 tbspFajita seasoning
  • 1 tubsalsa (mild or hot)

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 200°c

  2. 2

    Line a baking tray with silver foil. Place sliced onions and peppers on opposite side of the lined baking tray

  3. 3

    Place chicken breast in middle of baking tray

  4. 4

    Drizzle oil over the peppers, onions and chicken and then toss oil through the onions and peppers

  5. 5

    Sprinkle the fajita seasoning onto both sides of the chicken

  6. 6

    Pour salsa evenly on each chicken breast

    Cook in oven for 45 minutes

    Serve as desired. I serve with white or brown rice
