1/2lemon
1 tbspsoya sauce
1/2 tbspred chilli powder
1/2 tsproasted cumin powdered
1/2 tspchaat masala powder
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
3 tbspmaida/All purpose flour
1 tbspcorn flour powder
2egg
100 grambiscuit powder
200 gramoil
to taste salt

Remove the fish hook and the fish skin And cut it well into the Finger size.

Wash the fish well then mix the lemon juice and all the spices in it.

Mix flour and cornflour powder and egg and keep it for half an hour.

Then wrap the biscuit powder on it and fry it in hot oil.
