Boil the potatoes in a cooker add water and inside place bowl with washed potatoes (this way potatoes don't get watery). In a low flame cook till 2 whistles once done peel the skin, mash it and keep aside.

Chop onions, coriander leaves and grate ginger. Mix all ingredients with mashed potatoes

Add chilli powder, coriander powder, amchoor powder, salt, ajwain and mix well

Cut the edges of bread. Dip in water and squeeze the excess water out of it.

Place the filling in between the bread and cover it. Prepare the rest batch and keep aside for 30min so the water gets dried.

In a kadai heat oil and in a medium flame cook the roll till golden brown and serve hot with ketchup.
