Steps

Peel and wash the potatoes, cut to medium sizes

Open and remove all bones from the fish,wash,put in a pot season and add spices allow to boil and let the fish absorb the stock.

Blend the peppers and onions,slice another onion in big slices and keep aside

Put oil and fry the blended puree, add the fish and water, the amount of water depends on the type of pasta

Add in your potatoes for 8 minutes then add your seasonings and spices

Then add the paster, the sliced onion,cover and cook on low heat.
