Ingredients

  • 2 packages (20 oz)lemon garlic jackfruit chicken
  • 1 lbor 7 small/medium red potatoes
  • 1 tbspEVOO
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 1 tbspItalian seasoning
  • 1.5 cupsParmesan cheese
  • 2garlic cloves, minced
  • to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut potatoes into cubes. Put everything in slow cooker expect last.5 cups of Parmesan cheese

  2. 2

    Put slow cooker on high for 2.5-3 hours

  3. 3

    Add last half cup of Parmesan cheese and cook on warm for another 30 min
