Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cupmix dal(toor,moong,etc. Or any of your choice)
  • 1/2 tspGinger garlic paste
  • Pinchhing/asafoetida
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tsphaldi/Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/2 cupBoiled Macaaroni
  • 1cheese cube grated
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1/4 cupchopped mix veggies
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tsprai/mustard seeds
  • as neededCoriander leaves for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Take mixed dal, soak it for half an hour. Now boil dal with a pinch of salt in it. After boiling it. Mash the dal.

  2. 2

    In a pan add rai, pinch of hing, add onion saute it till it turns pink add ginger garlic paste add mix veggies.

  3. 3

    As veggies get soft add dal and boiled macaroni into it. Mix well. Check consistency. If required add little water. Boil it for 5-10min. Turn off the gas.

  4. 4

    Transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle black pepper powder, grated cheese and garnish it with corriender leaves.
