Ingredients

2 people
  • 400 gcan of jackfruit in brine
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • 4 tablespoonsgluten free BBQ sauce, I used Heinz
  • 2gluten free buns
  • 2 tablespoonsdairy free cheese, grated
  • handfulspinach

Steps

  1. 1

    Drain away the brine from the jackfruit
    Rinse the jackfruit and place in a bowl

  2. 2

    Shred with two forks
    Heat the olive oil in a shallow pan over a medium heat

  3. 3

    Add in the jackfruit and stir fry for about 5 minutes
    Stir in the BBQ sauce and cook for another 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Toast the gluten free buns and fill with the BBQ sauce, dairy free cheese and spinach
