Ingredients

  • 1 bowlsuji
  • 2-3 tbspOil
  • 1 tspSalt
  • as requiredWarm water

Steps

  1. 1

    First take Suji in a big bowl add salt 1 teaspoon, 2 or 3 tablespoon oil, mix it well and then with the help of warm water knead the soft dough. Rest it for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Take out from this dough make many small balls and fro these bolls make puri in an oval shape.

  3. 3

    Fry all these oval puries and serve it with chatpati tasty water.
