First, boil milk nicely.

Then mix custard in some cold milk without lumps and add it to the boiled milk then add sugar and stir continues to make sure no lumps formed.

Let it cool down well then add chopped fruits as per your choice but it’s better to choose sweet fruits like banana, red apple, pomegranate, black grapes, strawberries, oranges, etc

Garnish with dry fruits and ice cream to make it richer and your ice cream custard is ready, serve it cool
