Steps

First boil rajma in a cooker. 3-4 whistle.keep aside, now heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds add onion paste fry till translucent add tomato paste fry it. Now add ginger garlic paste.green chillies.

Add all dry masala salt & hing fry well & add kasoori methi.

Put masala in a cooker,mix with rajma before covering the lid add butter. Butter for creamy texture I prefer.

Now cover lid and keep for 2-3 whistle till rajma get soft. depend on size of rajma & cooker size how many whistle need.
