Ingredients

  • 2 2/3 cupsshredded coconut (about 250 grams)
  • 3small eggs
  • 1/2 cupsugar (about 100 grams)
  • 1 teaspoonorange or vanilla extract (optional)

Steps

    In a large bowl, mix the coconut, sugar, eggs, and orange or vanilla extract if desired.

  2. 2

    Shape the cookies and place them on a baking sheet.

  3. 3

    Bake for 10-12 minutes at 400 °F (200 °C).

  4. 4

    Let cool and sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top (optional).

  5. 5

    And they're ready to enjoy 😋
