First take a bowl take fine suji in a bowl add curd/ buttermilk and mix well. Then add salt and coriander leaves.

Cover it and allow the better 20 min rest till suji swells completely..After 20 min add water 1/4 cup mix well make a fine consistency...Add chopped tomato, onion, capsicum. Then red chilli, gram masala, chat masala mix well.

Heat a nonstick pan or tawa drizzle some oil all over the tava.. Spread it with spoon.cook chilla 2 to 3 min on medium to low flame.

When the top of suji chiila is look cooked sprinkle some oil other side and cooked second side also till golden brown.....Then chilla stack up on the plate.

Serve suji ka chilla hot with green chutney or sauce.
