Steps

Wash fish

Add gram flour, salt, kasuri methi

Add chaat masala and red chilli powder

Mix all the ingredients and leave it for 15 minutes

Now in a plate take some corn flour coats all the fish pieces

Heat oil in a wok and deep fry it.. filp it occasionally

Remove from oil when it's turn golden brown in colour.. remove on a tissue paper..

Now serve hot with lemon
