Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled Corn
  2. 3/4 cupChopped Fenugreek leaves
  3. 3roughly chopped Onions
  4. 2 tsproasted peanuts
  5. 1 cupmilk
  6. 2 tspGram flour
  7. 1/2 cupcurd
  8. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  9. PinchAsafoetida
  10. 2Chopped green chillies
  11. 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    Take chopped onions in a pan and saute for 3-4 minutes.Put peanuts in it and add milk in it.Cook on low flame till milk gets evaporated.Sprinkle little water and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

    Let onion mixture cool down.Grind it into smooth paste.White paste ready.

    Boil corn in salted water.Discard water.

    Take curd in a bowl and mix gram flour in it.Mix turmeric powder,kitchen king masala,pepper powder in it.Mix well.Curd paste ready.

    Take little oil in a wok.Saute fenugreek leaves, for 3-4 minutes.Add boiled corns.Now put white paste(onion paste).Cook for sometime.green chillies

    Later add curd paste in the mixture.Mix very well and keep stirring.Add salt and some water(as per required).

    Cook for about 10 minutes on low flame Sprinkle little Chat masala and serve hot.
