Steps

Wash the chicken pieces. Add curd,lemon juice(2 spoon),turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt. Mix it well and refrigerate it for 2 hour for marination.

Grind the onions and tomato separately yo make a fine paste.

Boil poppy seeds melon seeds and cashew in little water for 5 minute. After cooling grind it to make fine paste.

In a pan heat oil. Add bay leaf,red chilli, black pepper,clove and cumin seeds. Fry for 2 minits

Add onion paste and fry for 3 to 4 minutes. And now add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now add paste of cashew,melon and poppy seeds to it. And cook for 3 ro 4 minutes.

Now add toamto pury and cook it for 4 to 5 minute.

Now add all dry spices and cook for 3 to 4 minute.

Now add marinated chicken, sakta and mix well. Cook it for to minutes on low flame by covering.

Now add 1 cup of water mix well and hain cook for 5 to 7 minutes on medium flame.

Now put off the game add 2 to 3 spoon of lemon juice and coriander leaf. Lemon chicken is ready. Serve it with tandoori roti or palne roti.
