  • 1 pinchPaprika,
  • Crushed ginger and garlic
  • 3 tablespoonsolive oil

Steps

    Clean and cut potatoes into wedges, about 1/2 inch thickness.

    In a bowl mix all the ingredients, ensure properly coated

    Spread on a baking tray

    Bake in a preheated oven at 200degrees for 40 mins, turning after 20_30 mins
