Ingredients

30 minutes
8-12 servings
  • 1 kgMilk (Boiled)
  • 100 gBasmati Rice (Soaked)
  • 5-6(open) Green Cardamom
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 150 gKhoya
  • 1 tbspRafhan Ice Cream Powder (dissolve in water)
  • Almond as required
  • 2 tbspCream

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil milk in a deep pan add soaked rice, cardamoms, cook over low flame, stirring occasionally till the rice is cooked and the milk becomes thick.

  2. 2

    When done add sugar, Khoya. Stir till sugar gets dissolved properly.

  3. 3

    Now dissolve ice cream powder in some water and add into the pan. Stir frequently with hand whisker, until mixture turns thick.

  4. 4

    Now close the flame, add almonds, cream & mix well.

  5. 5

    Transfer into a serving dish and garnish with almonds. Serve hot or chilled.
